Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Products showing signs of wear, alteration, washing, or damage will not qualify for exchange.

Exchange is subject to product availability. If the requested size or design is unavailable, customers may choose another item of equal value or pay the difference for a higher-priced item.

You may request an exchange if:

The product has a manufacturing defect.

The size received differs from the size ordered.

The item was damaged during delivery.

Refund Policy

The ordered item is unavailable after purchase.

The product received has a verified manufacturing defect that cannot be replaced.

An incorrect item was delivered and a replacement is unavailable.

Non-Refundable Situations

Change of mind after purchase.

Minor color variations caused by screen settings, photography, or lighting.

Incorrect size selection by the customer.

Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Sale, promotional, clearance, or discounted items unless received defective.

Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by Naqse Libas.

In cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products, return shipping expenses may be covered by Naqse Libas after verification.

Processing Time

Approved exchanges are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days depending on the original payment method and banking procedures.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted, and the standard exchange or refund process will apply.
